The first third of the book is ad space every other page. It’s like I’m reading a buzzfeed article with adblock turned off. If you guys want to saturate your almanac with advertisements at least make it so they are at least removable. That being said, the information presented is nice, clear, and simple. There’s a lot of good information towards the end I would five star this if I didn’t have to wade trough so many ads.

Next to the Holy Bible, this is probably the most read book around my area. We swear by the information in the Old Farmer’s Almanac and the 2016 is exactly what I needed. It has just about everything that is special and important for me. We have always kept one in our house and bought the newest version religiously. I would not want to be without the Old Farmer’s Almanac. I have memories of people in my family searching their copies of the almanac for the necessary information that they required. Gardens are planted according to what it says. I suppose you could say that lives are lived by the almanac. It is just a good item to keep around your house.
